Plot: In a dusty Texas border town mired by racial unrest, a series of gruesome and bloody killings heightens tensions; but only four high school students know the truth - the killings are the work of the mythical Mexican Werewolf, Chupacabra. While the adults of the town blame and accuse each other, the teenagers band together to try to kill the beast and save their town.
