Plot: In one of the more inventive monster movie plots, a studo costumist is dejected after production is changed from horror to movie musicals. In order to fight the men at the top he uses special makeup and hypnosis (sounds a bit like the serum and hypnosis in I Was a Teenage Werewolf (1957)) in order to turn two of his actors into Frankenstein's Monster and the Wolfman.
